Delicious juice recipe made from carrots, turmeric, apples, celery, lemon, and orange juice for clearing acne, reducing inflammation, and ridding headaches, all while tasting delicious!
Recipe:
- 3 large thumbs turmeric
- 3-4 carrots
- 3-4 oranges
- 3-4 apples
- 1 lemon
- 2-3 stalks celery
Pop it all in the juicer (in the kitchen), enjoy, and don't forget to clean it :)
Green Juice

Recipe:
- 2 cucumbers (medium-sized)
- small handful basil (found in our garden!)
- small handful cilantro
- 1/2 - 1 pineapple
- 1 head of kale (or a bag of spinach)
- 3-4 stalks of celery
- 1 lemon
